p1st & partners is a renowned recruitment partnership consisting of independent consultancy firms, and was founded by the two Managing Partners Thomas Ottmann and Johannes Engelhardt.

Furthermore, Thomas Ottmann worked as Interim Manager and gained experience as founder, partner, CEO, COO and managing partner of national and international companies.

Johannes Engelhardt

Our Managing Partner Johannes Engelhardt gained experience in the sectors personal management and personal recruitment for more than 10 years. Furthermore, he was founder and managing director of different companies. Over time, Mr. Engelhardt was able to create a profound network, for example in the fields supply technology, building technology and plant engineering.
